Hey, I am Kimmy
I have been baking for Columbus since 2019. For most of that time I did it out of my own kitchen, with no shop for you to walk into, and you found me anyway.
It started the way these things start. I baked for my people, my people told their people, and before long I was taking orders by text and opening a form every time I had something special coming.
There was never a counter. The pickup window was my own front door. If you wanted a cheesecake you met me at a festival, a market, a church table, or my porch.
Seven thousand two hundred of you followed a bakery you could not walk into. That is the part I still cannot get over.
What I actually bake
Cheesecake is what I am known for, and it is the thing I will not rush. Everything else came from people asking.

Somebody called me that once and it stuck. I have been trying to live up to it ever since.
In 2026 I finally get a front door
4820 Armour Road, Suite A2. Same baking, same hands, somewhere for you to stand and take your time choosing.
I am aiming for the autumn. Nothing is set in stone yet.
